Insurance Information

  • Prior to starting therapy health insurance will need to verified. This process can take up to 48 hours (not including weekends).

  • If an insurance plan is not listed above and you are interested in continuing discuss out of network benefits.

  • All copayments and deductibles are requested at the time of the session.

Private Pay Rates

  • Private pay rates are available.

  • 30 minute session, $65

  • 60 minute session, $125

  • Payment for session is requested at time of the session.
