15 Minute Initial Consultation

Before beginning therapy, I encourage all prospective clients to schedule a 15-minute telephone consultation. This brief session provides an opportunity for you to get to know me, my approach, and the techniques I use. It also allows me to learn about your goals and any concerns you’d like to address, helping us determine whether I am the right fit to support you therapeutically.

15-minute consultations are available during the following time frames:

Monday: 6:00 pm-8:00 pm

Tuesday: 7:00 pm- 8:00 pm

Thursday: 6:00 pm-8:00 pm

Friday: 9:00 am - 1:00 pm

Available Services:

Telehealth Therapeutic Session

These sessions are available in 25-minute or 50-minute blocks and are conducted virtually through a secure meeting platform. Please ensure you are in a private, safe, and comfortable space, as sessions will not be held while driving. I recommend selecting a day and time that works well for your regular schedule, if possible.

• Insurance verification takes 48 hours and must be verified before first session.

25 Minute Virtual Session: $65

50 Minute Virtual Session: $125

Payment is due within 24 hours of receiving the invoice for services.
